Well, as my second term of college, first year, comes to an end, I must say I am mighty proud of myself! I am hoping to finish off yet another term with all A's in my classes and keep my 4.0 GPA. I also was nominated to be a part of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, needless to say; I accepted! I paid my membership fee and I am now affiliated with the NSCS. I have already far exceeded my goals for attending college and I couldn't be more grateful. I have always been an overachiever and I set high standards and goals for myself when it comes to my education. I set out to prove to myself that I am capable of accomplishing anything I put my mind to and I refuse to be some dumb bimbo that can't carry on an intellectual conversation. I want to be somebody in life, I want my family to live comfortably, and I want my kids to have someone they can be proud of and look up to and I WILL be that! I want to inspire others to be the best they can be in life. I don't want to settle as just some girl that dances and makes money because she has a nice ass and does a few pole tricks or whatever it is. There is nothing wrong with that but I can't be her forever. I graduate next June 30, 2015 with my AAS and then I will move onto my Bachelor's, then onto my Master's, and hopefully my Doctorate. There is nothing to it but to do it!
